SeisMaCalibrate is a useful tool to adjust the sensitivity of your MacBook's motion sensors and is meant to be used in conjunction with SeisMac. By utilizing the SMSLib open source library, the app is able to access the motion sensors on your device. To achieve optimal results with SeisMac, it is recommended to run SeisMaCalibrate at least once. Through a series of basic movements with your laptop, you can fine-tune the sensors for accurate readings. The program includes graphs that illustrate how to position your laptop for optimal sensor calibration. Ideally, after calibration, the values on the X and Y axes should be close to zero, while the Z axis value should be close to one. This will ensure that your device's motion sensors are properly calibrated for accurate readings.
